And that's why we offer a refund guarantee, just in case you're not satisfied with our product.

    Return Eligibility

    • Must be the first time you have ordered this product from the online store.
    • The returned product must be over 90% full.
    • Order must be fewer than 14 days old from delivery.
    • Clearance items and bulk items do not apply

    Non-Returnable Items

    Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned due to the nature of our products. All sales of opened products are final.

    Return Process

    To initiate a return, contact us at info@projectxhemp.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Defective Products

    Order Errors

    If we make an error with your order, contact us immediately. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

    Refusal of Delivery

    If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus all shipping fees.
